Effective and safe cleaners

Effective and safe cleaners

From wood tile and linoleum floors to wood furniture, and even to your children’s wooden toys. You don’t have to go too far to find naturally effective and safe cleaners from your kitchen cabinets.

Did you know that ingredients like lemons, olive oil and other oils including walnut oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil; white vinegar, beeswax, borax and hot water, can easily become staple cleaners that you can make fresh in little to no time.

For everyday use to clean and restore the natural beauty of the wood. Simply pour 1-cup water, 1-cup vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a spray bottle. With a good shake, you are ready to go. Heavier polishing of furniture requires a 3 to 1 part olive oil to vinegar solution, which can be applied with a cloth.

Lemon with hot water and olive oil is also a great alternative to vinegar if you want to clean and polish your wood floors. Besides its effectiveness, lemon also leaves your rooms smelling fresh.

Good old-fashioned borax, which is a natural mineral, is an effective disinfectant and cleaner used in a number of applications. It can be mixed with hot water to mop down your floors – particularly in the bathroom. Borax is good to always keep available.

Natural cleaners are inexpensive, available from your kitchen and safe for you, your family and pets, and home environment.
